Jason Kunkel, 41, Granville, was arrested in connection with an incident early Aug. 23 when a pickup drove through a crowd of people in the parking lot of the Lariat Bar, Velva,. according to a news release from McHenry County Sheriff Trey Skager.

Two males and two females were taken to Trinity Hospital emergency room in Minot, where they were treated and then released.

Kunkel was charged with DUI, criminal mischief, leaving the scene of an injury accident and other charges. There may be more charges, the news release said.
