Creedence Properties, an affiliate of Creedence Energy Services, is rehabilitating a building at 21 Central Ave. for upper level offices and possible retail or restaurant space on the first floor. The Minot City Council approved the project for a five-year Renaissance Zone property-tax exemption on Monday. The rehabilitation is expected to quadruple the value of the building, which has been largely vacant in recent years.
