Casey Blase Jay Lemon, 39, and Michele Lee Pyle, 37, are each charged in district court in Minot with Class C felony burglary. Lemon is also charged with Class A misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, the pair burglarized a vacant house at 519 Valley Street. When police responded and spoke with Pyle, she told them that she and Lemon were looking for things to steal at the residence. Lemon had 0.5 grams of suspected meth on his person when he was searched at the jail.
