Carli Boyko, Minot, sentenced for driving high with a minor in the car
Carli Nicole Boyko, 28, Minot, was ordered on July 9 to obtain a chemical dependency evaluation, attend a victim impact panel, and pay $825 in court costs for driving while high on drugs with a minor child in the car on June 20.
Boyko pleaded guilty to the Class A misdemeanor offense in North Central District Court before Judge Doug Mattson.
The sentence that she was given is standard for a first offense of driving while high or drunk with a juvenile in the car.
