BELCOURT – Turtle Mountain Community College in Belcourt will receive $1.7 million through the Administration for Children and Families Office of Family Assistance, Sens. Kevin Cramer and John Hoeven, both R-ND, announced Monday.

This funding will be used to support the Health Education Access through Rural Training (HEART) Project, which supports training for low-income individuals to enter the health care field.
