Area health facilities receive provider relief grants

Area health facilities have been awarded grants through the U.S. Health and Human Service Provider Relief Fund as appropriated by the CARES Act, Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act.

Minot Health and Rehab has been awarded $181,360.

Trinity Homes will receive additional funds over previously announced awards for a new total of $794,979. The latest awards bring the Trinity Health total to $27.4 million to aid facilities in Minot, Kenmare and Williston.

Caringedge Healthcare of Minot will receive $69,503 and Caringedge Hospice of Minot $36,429. Both are headquartered in Bismarck.

In total, 36 medical providers and facilities located in Minot or at Minot Air Force Base have shared in more than $24.2 million so far.

Updated awards include: St. Aloisius Hospital, Harvey, $4 million; Garrison Memorial Hospital, Garrison, $3.7 million; Good Samaritan Hospital Association, Rugby, $4.37 million; McKenzie County Healthcare Systems, $3.85 million; and St. Luke’s Hospital, Crosby, $3.66 million.

Elbowoods Memorial Health Center in New Town will receive $7,984, and the New Town Ambulance Service $6,606. The Mohall Ambulance Service will receive $5,871.
