Trinity Health Business Services accommodating customers with call-in service

In accordance with social distancing guidelines, Trinity Health Business Services will discontinue walk-in service at its Town & Country Center office beginning today, April 1.

Business Services staff will continue to be available by phone to assist customers and accept payments. Persons may call the office at 701-857-5105 during regular business hours – 8 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

People with matters that cannot be handled by phone may be scheduled for an appointment with a financial counselor. Patients will be screened for respiratory symptoms upon arrival. Appointments will be rescheduled if the patient or representative is symptomatic.

“We appreciate people’s understanding during this time,” said Tiffany Dixon, Patient Financial Services director. “As our community comes together to deal with the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic, we want to do whatever we can do to protect our customers and associates. We remain committed to providing excellent customer service and making more possible for our patients.”
