File Photo Minot City Council voted today to terminate City Manager Tom Barry from his position.

Minot City Council members voted today to terminate City Manager Tom Barry from his position immediately.

All city council members including Mayor Shaun Sipma voted in favor of the termination at a special meeting held at noon.

The termination resulted from a hostile work environment findings by an independent counsel.
