Jadyn Bay, Minot, charged with driving high on marijuana, intent to deal marijuana

Jadyn Elizabeth Bay, 20, Minot, is charged in Minot Municipal Court with Class B misdemeanor driving while high on marijuana on Friday night in Minot and in district court in Minot with Class B felony possession with intent to deliver marijuana and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Bay was observed driving erratically on North Broadway at 11:30 p.m. The arresting officer saw her swerving in and out of her lane and she sidewiped the Broadway Bridge. Bay also admitted to striking a protective beam at the Affinity Bank ATM and damaging her front bumper prior to being stopped. Bay admitted to smoking up to a gram of marijuana before driving. A search of her vehicle turned up approximately 32.3 grams of marijuana in a plastic bag and in a glass jar, along with a scale with residue, a marijuana bong, and a marijuana grinder and $715 in cash.
