Building groups hold PPE drive for medical providers

Habitat for Humanity Northern Lights and the Minot Association of Builders are partnering to hold a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) donation drive this week with pickups on today and Thursday in Minot, Surrey, Burlington and Ruthville.

Items they are looking to collect:

– face masks/surgical masks–preferably N95

– Tyvek suits/disposable coveralls (neoprene, rubberized, plastic)

– Rubber gloves/neoprene gloves (preferably latex-free)

– Safety glasses/googles

Habitat for Humanity Executive Director Roxy Volk, will come to your home or business. The items can be placed into her vehicle without personal contact or items may be left on your doorstep.

Anyone with extra items to donate, please call or text to 852-0486 or email minot.habitat@hotmail.com.

Items will be delivered to Ward County Emergency Management for distribution to hospitals.
