William Jensen, Justin Grinnell charged with dealing in stolen property

William Raymond Jensen, 31, Minot, and Justin Lee Grinnell, 28, New Town, are each charged in district court in Minot with Class C felony dealing in stolen property on Dec. 12, 2019. In addition, Jensen is charged with Class C felony possession of heroin, a second offense, Class A misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and Class B misdemeanor driving with a suspended driver’s license.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, a Ward County sheriff’s deputy spotted a UTV that matched a description of a stolen 2020 Polaris Ranger. The deputy tracked down the UTV at a gas station and detained Jensen. They also later located Grinnell. The drugs and drug paraphernalia were located during a struggle with Jensen.
