Riqoberto Munoz Garcia, 46, is accused of punching his ex-girlfriend multiple times and fracturing her left hand during a domestic violence altercation on Aug. 12, according to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court.

He is charged in district court in Minot with Class C felony domestic violence causing bodily injury.

He was scheduled to make an initial appearance before Judge Gary Lee on Tuesday.

Lee set bond for Munoz Garcia at $5,000 cash bond, with a requirement that he post 10 percent of that, and ordered him to participate in the 24/7 Sobriety Program and to have no contact with the alleged victim.
