Miranda Charbonneaux, Minot, charged with unauthorized use of personal identifying information, violation of no contact order
Miranda Dawn Charbonneaux, 27, Minot, is accused of using her ex-boyfriend’s personal information to change the log-in information on his bank account and to attempt to withdraw money from his account without his permission in June. Charbonneaux also allegedly contacted the ex-boyfriend in violation of an order prohibiting contact with him.
Charbonneaux is charged in district court in Minot with Class C felony unauthorized use of personal identifying information and violation of an order prohibiting contact, a Class A misdemeanor.
She made an initial appearance on the charge on Wednesday before Judge Gary Lee. A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for Dec. 26 before Lee.
