No injuries in derailment of 3 grain cars
BOTTINEAU – Three cars of a BNSF grain train derailed while serving a customer in Bottineau, according to Amy McBeth, Minneapolis, BNSF public relations director for the region.
“One car tipped over. There were no injuries and no impact to Amtrak,” McBeth said.
The derailment ocurredon Tuesday on a branch line and not the main line going through Minot that Amtrak passenger train operates on, she said.
