Samantha Wild, New Town, sentenced for delivery, conspiracy to deliver oxycodone
Samantha Joyce Wild, 34, was sentenced on Friday to five years in prison, with a requirement that she serve 90 days, and three years of supervised probation for selling oxycodone to a confidential informant working for the Ward County Narcotics Task Force on March 27, 2017.
Wild was also ordered to obtain a chemical dependency evaluation and to pay $1,530 in court costs.
Wild will receive credit for 58 days already served in jail and eight days of time off for good behavior.
Wild pleaded guilty to Class B felony delivery of oxycodone and Class B felony conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and received the same sentence on both charges. The sentences are concurrent.
