William Kaseman, Minot, sentenced for conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine

William James Kaseman, 37, Minot, will serve about 18 months in prison for conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine on May 17, 2018.

Kaseman pleaded guilty to the Class B felony offense on Monday in district court in Minot.

Court records show that Judge Richard Hagar sentenced him to a total of three years in prison, with a requirement that he serve the 18 months, followed by three years of supervised probation. He will receive credit for 71 days already served in jail.

Hagar also ordered Kaseman to obtain a chemical dependency evaluation, to pay $1,200 in restitution and $1,350 in court costs.

His co-defendant and wife, Jeanette Kaseman, was sentenced in April to serve five years in prison for this and other offenses.
