Raven Ware, Minot, charged with intent to deliver meth, heroin

Raven Elise Ware, 23, Minot, is charged in district court in Minot with intent to deliver methamphetamine and intent to deliver heroin, both Class B felonies, two counts of Class C felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and one count of Class C felony tampering with physical evidence.

Ware told Judge Richard Hagar at her initial appearance on Tuesday that she was in the wrong place at the wrong time and the driver of the car she was in refused to accept responsibility.

“You’re just continuing to be in the wrong place, at the wrong time, with the wrong people,” Hagar replied, and set bond at $50,000 cash or corporate surety.

Ware is currently on supervised probation for her role in the Paradise Spas burglary in Minot on July 10, 2018.

She is also out on bond after she was charged with multiple felonies connected with the burglary spree in the summer of 2018. She is charged with Class A felony conspiracy to commit theft of property exceeding $50,000 in value, Class B felony burglary committed at night, Class B felony theft of property valued at between $10,000 and $50,000, Class B felony criminal mischief, with damage exceeding more than $10,000; Class C felony conspiracy to commit burglary, Class C felony possession of a stolen credit card, Class C felony unauthorized use of personal identifying information, three counts of Class C felony attempted burglary, and Class C felony theft of property valued at between $1,000 and $10,000.

A preliminary hearing in the latest case is scheduled for Aug. 15.
