Lindsay Courtland Garner, 33, Minot, is accused of strangling her boyfriend and throwing objects at him during a domestic altercation at a southeast Minot residence on Saturday.
She is charged in district court in Minot with Class C felony aggravated assault.
A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for Aug. 8 before Judge Gary Lee.
