Western ND Charity Pro-Am distributes $42,000 to nonprofits

As a result of fundraising for the 2018 Western North Dakota Charity Pro-Am, checks totaling $42,000 were distributed recently to various charities and nonprofits throughout the central and western reaches of the state. Groups from Belfield to Bottineau, Williston to Minot to Bismarck were among the recipients. Charities receiving funds include Triangle Y Camp, Dakota Boys & Girls Ranch, Trinity Hospice, Minot State Golf/Scholarships, Second Story, Minot Salvation Army, Annie’s House, Home on the Range, Taube Museum of Art and Prairie Grit Adaptive Sports.

The 2019 Pro-Am is scheduled for Aug.15-18 at the Vardon Golf Club, Minot. Todd Lee at 858-0312 at the Vardon can be contacted for sponsor/player information.
