The North Dakota Highway Patrol has not released the name of the victim yet.

According to a news relese, a 2015 Dodge Ram pickup driven by Charles King, 28, Shubuta, Miss., was going south on Highway 58 across the bridge when the Ram driver noticed a pickup topper in the southbound lane and attempted to slow down.
