Paul Martin Henrikson, 49, is charged with four Class C felony counts of theft of property and one count of Class C felon in possession of a firearm, and Michelle Lynn Morin, 35, is charged with one count of Class C felony theft of property.

The charges against Henrikson relate firearms that were stolen during a burglary last summer, according to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court. The owner identified the weapons that were stolen as his property – a Beretta 9 mm, a Tauraus .45, a Mauser P08, and Panther Arms AR-15 style rifle. Police also found checkbooks not belonging to Morin and Henrikson and war medals in a purse that belonged to Morin.

Though the identiifcation was made in September and Henrikson recently pleaded guilty to a number of other pending charges, charges in this particular case were just filed with the district court this week.
