Kelsie Ann Wallace, 24, Minot, is accused of scratching a man’s face and striking him on the top of the head with a metal sign reading “love” during a domestic violence altercation early Friday morning.

She is charged in district court in Minot with Class A misdemeanor simple assault – domestic violence.

The charge is a Class A misdemeanor because she has a past conviction for domestic violence.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed with the court, Wallace had been drinking prior to the incident.
