Shyanne Belzer/MDN

Magic City Discovery Center held its third annual Noon Year’s Eve Event Monday. Hosted at Ramstad Middle School, they invited children and parents to attend and celebrate the end of 2018 with fun STEAM activities, games, “Discovery on the Go” exhibits, and a special balloon drop at noon to ring in the new year. Around 250 people attended, taking advantage of the many different activities which included steering tiny robots through a track, building, and more. Then at noon, the balloons dropped down upon the crowd of children. Some children got free t-shirts that fell with the balloons and all of them got to enjoy popping the balloons.

Starting at $2.99/week.
