Nicholas Flowers and Amber Perry, Minot, charged with intent to deliver methamphetamine

Nicholas James Flowers, 26, and Amber Michelle Perry, 21, Minot, are charged with Class B felony possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine in district court in Minot.

The couple were charged following a probation officer’s search of their residence at 4900 Unity Drive on Monday.

According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, the search turned up methamphetamine, marijuana, marijuana paraphernalia, and other drug paraphernalia.

Flowers and Perry are each also charged with one count of Class C felony possession of drug paraphernalia, two Class A misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and one Class B misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance.
