LaGregory Kollock, Minot, sentenced for disorderly conduct

LaGregory Keon Kollock, 30, Minot, who had originally been charged with Class C felony terrorizing for a March 30, 2017, incident at the old radar base 16 miles south of Minot, pleaded guilty on Thursday to a reduced charge of Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Court records show that Judge Gary Lee sentenced Kollock to 30 days in jail, all suspended, and 360 days of unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $750 in court costs. A firearm seized in the incident was ordered surrendered to law enforcement.

Kollock had been accused of shouting at two men who were driving around the north part of the radar base. Kollock had told a sheriff’s deputy that he fired a .38 special in the air in the opposite direction of the vehicle after the vehicle had left.
