Former missile wing commander nominated for new rank

Col. Colin Connor, former commander of the 91st Missile Wing at Minot Air Force Base, has been nominated by President Trump for appointment to the rank of brigadier general.

Secretary of Defense James Mattis recently announced the nominations.

Connor is currently serving as the director of Air Force General Officer Management at U.S. Air Force Headquarters at the Pentagon, Washington, D.C. He was commander of the Minot missile wing from June 2016-July of this year.
