Dakota Square announces new stores and restaurant concept
Dakota Square Mall has announced several new store openings and a current restaurant renovation.
– Sinful Delights, a decadent dessert bar specializing in over-the-top milkshakes and other unique dessert offerings, will be opening in late October in a 618-square-foot space.
– Grizzly’s Wood-Fired Grill was renovated and was scheduled to reopen Tuesday as a new concept, Rock Tap House.
– Leela & Lavender, a women’s fashion & boutique store, is under renovation and will open early November in a 3,818-square-foot space, located across from Buckle and Dressbarn.
Grizzly’s new concept, Rock Tap House, originates from a concept started with their sister company, Boulder Tap House. Their menu will consist of stuffed burgers, tacos, sandwiches, salads and more. With the renovation, they have installed a 32 line tap tower with 4 domestic and 28 rotating craft brew capabilities along with 15 new TV’s, a game room, new furniture, and lighting. Rock Tap House will have daily happy hour and feature foods like wings, cheese curds, bavarian pretzels, homemade cheesecake and deep fried oreos.
“Dakota Square is happy to welcome these new tenants and concepts,” said Chuck Massey, General Manager. “We are focused on continuously adapting to provide the best shopping experience for our community and we feel that these additions will fit nicely into our mix of options at the center.”
Dakota Square Mall is owned and managed by CBL Properties of Chattanooga, Tenn.
