A completed inmate cell in the new Ward County Jail expansion shows the double bunks and other features of the small space, with a narrow window currently covered. Construction continues on the interior of the Ward County Jail expansion Wednesday. The $38 million construction project is expected to finish in October and be followed by six months of remodeling on the existing jail.
