Newly trained troopers stationed across state
Twelve newly trained Highway Patrol troopers have been assigned to areas across the state including two troopers, Mark Kline and Ethan Rostvedt, who will be stationed in Minot.
Kline is a graduate of the Community College of the Air Force and Rostvedt is a graduate of North Dakota State University.
All the 12 troopers recently completed a very intensive physical and academic training.
Trooper Denver Oase, a graduate of the Metropolitan State University of Denver will be stationed in Bowman while Johnathan Stanley, a graduate of the Community College of the Air Force was assigned to Dickinson.
According to Col. Michael Gerhart, superintendent of the North Dakota Highway Patrol, trooper Joshua Page is stationed in Rolla and trooper Grant Wosick is stationed in Grafton. Both are graduates of the University of North Dakota.
Four troopers Cory Formaneck, a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead; Austin Hilzendeger, a graduate of Bismarck State College; Preston Langer, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Platteville and Jackson Loeffel, a graduate of Champlain College in Vermont will be working out of Watford City.
Trooper Daniel Hanson, a graduate of Minnesota State University and trooper, Moctezuma Vanegas, a graduate of the University of Michigan are to be stationed in Williston.
All the troopers are scheduled to undergo a field training program at their respective stationed post.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol held a graduation ceremony on Friday for the new troopers.
