Agenda: The commission will consider a preliminary plat and future land use amendment from Parks and Recreation to Pheasants Run Fourth Addition in northwest Minot, a warehouse conditional use permit for Mowbray & Sons and a preliminary plat for Beaver Creed Fifth Addition.
