Ward County Planning Commission

Where: Ward County Administrative Building, Room 108
Agenda: The commission will consider a residential subdivision in Rice Lake Township. It will consider creation of outlot plats in Spencer, Rice Lake, Hilton, Eureka and Sawyer Townships and vacation of a lot in New Prairie Township. It will hold a public hearing for an animal feeding operation conditional use permit in Surrey Township. Discussion is scheduled on a data center summit in Tioga and a proposed ordinance on battery energy storage systems.
