Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, 10 3rd Ave. SW

Agenda: The Minot Soccer Association is requesting rezoning to Public for a recreation complex on the north side of 20th Avenue, west of 28th Street Southwest. Four Seasons Construction is requesting a preliminary plat and right of way vacation to realign previously platted single family home lots to increase density and add two additional lots Schatz Properties is requesting a rezoning from manufactured home to industrial for property along 37th Street Southeast. The commission will consider land ordinance amendments.
