Where: Ward County Administration Building, commission chambers

Agenda: The commission will hold a public hearing on amendments to the land zoning ordinance related to battery energy storage systems. It also will consider conditional use permits for Basin Electric Power Cooperative, Gravel Products, Ansuz, LLC animal feeding operation and outlots plat requests. Central Dakota MPO will present on the transit development plan. The commission will discuss the library merger, a right of way easement on Rice Lake property, a petition for improvements to County Road 18, proposals to test to determine if several roads can be raised to carry loads of 105,500 pounds, right of way values on the County Road 14 and 17 project, 2026 valuations, a Courthouse elevator bid, joint power agreements with other counties for juvenile detention, an additional special event permit for M&S Concessions at the State Fair and a property available for purchase.
