Agenda: The council will meet in special session to discuss the liquor license held by M&S Concessions for The Tracks. At 5:30 p.m., the council will meet in regular session and will discuss automated license plate readers, a pound services contract with Souris Valley Animal Shelter, the alcohol ordinance comprehensive rewrite on second reading and changes to the city clerk and assistant city manager roles and finance manager job description. MACEDC will present its 2025 report.
