Agenda: The council will hold a public hearing on the Community Development Block Grant annual performance evaluation. It will discuss the Third Street Bridge repair prioritization report, alcohol ordinance rewrite, Sunset Boulevard construction request, U.S. 83 Bypass interchange policy and 21st Avenue Northwest lane configuration study. License plate reader technology is on the agenda with a recommendation to postpone to Jan. 20. The council will consider the Visit Minot annual report and recommendations of the Economic Development Plan Review Committee.
