Agenda: The commission will consider requests for zoning changes to expand a neighborhood commercial district in northeast Minot, a zoning map amendment to build an industrial shop building on Valley Street, and a preliminary plat and zoning amendment to subdivide a residential lot from an agricultural lot in the 2-mile jurisdiction on Minot’s south side.
