Agenda: The council will consider Maple Diversion plans, a Facade Improvement Program request, N.D. Building Code adoption, an animal pound contract with Souris Valley Animal Shelter, assumption of detention pond ownership at Highlands at North Hill and a gaming site authorization amendment for the Beulah Convention & Visitor’s Bureau. Council members will discuss recommendations of the Economic Development Plan Review Committee.
