Where: Ward County Administration Building, commission chambers

Agenda: The commission will receive information on the budget of the Lake County Historical Society in Kenmare and will discuss proposed outlot plats and the proposed Ward County Land Zoning Ordinances on first reading. The commission will discuss opting out of the NDPERS defined contribution employees retirement plan, repairs related to the dive team building, LithTec field test project update and board appointments. The commission expects to go into executive session for an update on county properties for sale and lease. The commission will meet at 1 p.m. as the County Board of Equalization to consider property assessments and appeals.
