Agenda: The commission will hold public hearings on a preliminary plat for a rural residential district northwest of Minot, a variance for a rear yard setback in 55th Crossing 3rd Addition, a PUD amendment related to lot density and development of the final phase of Highlands at North Hill Subdivision and a preliminary plat and easement vacation in Highlands at North Hill 8th Addition.
