Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, 10 3rd Ave. SW
Agenda: The council will meet in executive session to discuss eminent domain litigation involving Parkview Manufactured Home Park. The council will take up its regular agenda at 5:30 p.m. It will hold a public hearings on the Capital Improvement Plan and alcohol beverages ordinance. The council will discuss the proposed police and Minot State University Criminal Justice partnership program and Broadway Circle subrecipient award.
