Minot City Council

Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, 10 3rd Ave. SW
Agenda: The council will take up zoning and Renaissance Zone requests, property purchase from the Moose Lodge for the flood project, airport taxiway rehabilitation bids, purchase of Kemper property near Public Works Building, Broadway Circle operation, staffing NAWS biota treatment plant, pawnbroker license fees, lease with Men’s Winter Refuge, Downtown Business & Professional Association and Minota Area Chamber EDC presentations, opioid task force plan and city manager’s presentation of the 2025 budget.

Ward County Commission
When: Tuesday, 9 a.m.
Where: Ward County Administration Building, commission chambers
Agenda: The commission will consider a bow hunting request on county property, discuss the 2025 budget of the Human Service Zone and receive presentations on budget requests from Souris Basin Planning Council, Ward County Water Resource Board, Youthworks, Minot Area Chamber EDC, Domestic Violence Crisis Center, State Fair and First District Health Unit.

Minot Park Board
When: Tuesday, 5:30 p.m.
Where: Minot Municipal Auditorium, Community Room 203
Agenda: The board will reorganize and reconvene in regular session. Discussion will include user fees, the flood protection project, facilities update and 2025 budget.

Ward County Commission
When: Wednesday, 8-4:30 p.m. and Thursday, 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Agenda: The commission will meet with department heads and organizations seeking funding in discussing the development of the 2025 budget.
