Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, 10 3rd Ave. SW
Agenda: The commission will hold public hearings on a proposed conditional use permit for Seeds of Eden group home and for a proposed agricultural property consolidation south of Minot. Commissioners will discuss parking minimums.
