Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, 10 3rd Ave. SW
Agenda: The council will consider TIFF District amendments on the Big M building, an alcohol license extension at The Tracks and an EPA assessment of downtown Trinity Hospital property. It will discuss potential Americans with Disabilities Act programs for downtown and hear a presentation on lead and copper in water lines.
