Agenda: The council will meet in executive session for attorney consultation related to City of Minot vs. Cypress Development. The council’s regular meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. The council will hold a hearing on a Renaissance Zone project approval and will consider final approval of MAGIC Fund guidelines. It will discuss instituting fire department inspection fees, transit center plans, downtown parking garage proposals and will hear the Minot Area Chamber EDC biannual presentation and a housing study update.
