Agenda: The council will meet in executive session to discuss the Cypress Development case. In regular session at 5:30 p.m., the council will consider extension of the Retail Coach contract and approval of 2024 service agreements with Minot Commission on Aging, Minot Area Council of the Arts, First District Health Unit, Souris Basin Planning Council and Minot Area Chamber EDC. The council will discuss a Renaissance Committee recommendation to require power-assisted doors as part of the Facade Improvement Program. The city finance director will provide a financial forecast.
