Agenda: The commission will hold a public hearing on a request for a conditional use permit for a group home for a men’s recovery facility at 425 Main St. S., southeast of the former Trinity hospital. The commission will consider a request for a subdivision plat for northwest Minot property, west of the 83 Bypass, to allow donation for potential future use by Bishop Ryan for a K-12 school. The commission will consider amendments to the Land Development ordinance, related to daycares, mixed-use properties, accessory structures, road paving requirement exemptions and other provisions.
