Agenda: The council will take up the recommendation to hire Tom Joyce as assistant city manager. It will discuss the request of a Williston taxi company to begin serving Minot, rebidding Wayfinding Phase 1 with a revised priority list, a fee increase for some tobacco licenses and opting out of PFAS multidistrict litigation. It will consider Safe Routes to Schools bids and hiring of a consultant for development of the 2025-29 consolidated plan.
