Agenda: The commission will consider rezoning to accommodate Citizens Alley downtown, a rezoning for an accessory structure in northwest Minot, a rezoning to facilitate a commercial and residential development in southwest Minot and rezoning for Beyond Shelter’s proposed apartments in northwest Minot. The commission will hold a public hearing on amending the zoning code related to replacement of residential dwellings in non-agricultural and non-residential districts.
