Agenda: The council will consider contracting for a strengths and weaknesses assessment of the police and fire departments. It will discuss the human relations committee and planning committee recommendations. It will hear presentations on insurance renewal and a Puppy Dog storm sewer project. The council will hold a question and answer session with department heads on the proposed 2024 budget.
