Agenda: The commission will consider variances for yard setbacks in Dakota Ridge Estates and St. Mary’s Township, a special use permit for an accessory dwelling in Sawyer Township, a residential outlot plat in Greenbush Township, a residential/agricultural outlot plat near Carpio and an agricultural outlot plat. The commission will discuss the zoning ordinance draft.
